Uniform Call Distribution Automatic Attendant - Programming

Program the RAD

Program the RAD associated with the automatic attendant as described for the Uniform Call Distribution feature.

Program Call Rerouting

To complete Call Rerouting programming:

1. Trunk Attributes form (Non Dial In Trunks)

• program the RAD directory number as the answer point for one or more trunk service numbers. Dial-in trunks must dial the directory number assigned to the RAD.

2. Digital Trunks form

• assign the trunk service number programmed above to all trunks using the automatic attendant.

3. Call Rerouting form

• assign the first and second alternative numbers to the RAD's directory number.

4. Call Rerouting First Alternatives form

• program THIS, LAST, or NORMAL in the No Answer field for each of the originating device types for the first alternative number. Program the directory number of the device or hunt group accepting the rerouted calls.

5. Call Rerouting Second Alternatives form

• program LAST or NORMAL for each of the originating device types for the second alternative number. Program the directory number of the device or hunt group accepting the rerouted calls.

6. Class of Service Options form

• program the Answer Plus System Rerouting timer on the RAD's COS.
